Cancellation Policy

We request the courtesy of a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (emergencies and *illness excepted). This allows us to reschedule the time for other valued clients. All cancellations received without at least 24-hour notice will be subject to a fee of the total cost of the appointment.

* Massage/Bodywork is not appropriate at any time for infectious or contagious illnesses. Amid the uncertainty of COVID-19, please exercise additional caution. If you are ill for any reason, we prefer you reschedule your appointment. We do not charge for cancellations due to illness. Please notify us as soon as possible, preferably 24 hours. We will, however, charge for no-shows.

Fri: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
Sat: 8 am  - 3:30 pm

All initial Precision Neuromuscular Massage Therapy sessions include a free NMT assessment. We recommend at least 60 minutes for your first visit to allow adequate time.
